EDIT: RPG has informed me why he is the only one in a technical sense.
It comes to it, ÂÂ*that when we ban someone in our admin tool, the rule does work, but ONLY when our tool is actually running.
So, unless we keep our own PC's running 24/7, the rule is not very usefull.
