Everything will fit, the case has USB3.0 on the front so you need a USB3.0 header, the P8Z68-V/gen3 has one (near the 24pin). The motherboard requires an 8pin cpu power cable - the PSU has it. Enough PCIe connectors as well. Check champ's topic to see how to connect the front panel stuff (reset button, on/off switch etc), I posted a picture there.
oh and the motherboard has a blue LED in the Asus logo on the big flat heatsink (at least my Deluxe version does)
