Just 11 lvl, no special apparel, no any scope on his AUG, but it takes him less than 2 seconds no matter of distance to kill anyone. Even no matter how good he can see the target.. almost behind the wall, hill etc. Also in any position: running, sitting, standing - no difference.

I saw real good skilled guys in this game, nothing is common between them. I know the possibility of 11lvl soldier.. i bet something wrong with him.
