Did I miss something, or did you remove sniper/recon limit?
Lately the games are completely screwed up with 50% snipers on each team, resulting in an all out camping frenzy.
I know.. I could just go knife em, and I do.. ÂÂ*But it gets boring after a while.
This is affecting the game in such a way, I think you should implement a sniper limit again. If you haven't had it before, I strongly suggest you do. WHY?
Well it disturbs the overall gameplay if you ask me.
Snipers tend to camp a specific area, and rarely move out capping flags. This means, we got only a handful attacking flags and capping. Since that is the main objective (Controlling flags), we loose round after round. Not to mention the fact, that the gameplay has become quite boring. Now if the majority of those were good at sniping, we might stand a chance.
I am sorry for the way I express it, I really don't mean to offend anyone. But the games are doll and fustrating, and hope you will atleast consider my suggestion.
It's about having fun, and all should be allowed. But there is a purpose to difference weapon classes, all of them have a point of objective.
Just now on OG OMAN 24/7, my team had 13 snipers out of 16 players. 2 of em were fairly good, rest ended the round with only a few kills. I was attacking flags alone, no backup or support. Fustrating..

Re: Sniper limit ?
Hey Opie,
we are aware of this issue. It is caused by the server management tool, that sometimes not executes the classlimiter.
We are working on it, and it should be up again soon.
