On the 23th of may 2014 I was permanently banned across OG servers for spawnkilling/trapping.
The ban is based the most likely on this game play video from UV3 server where I spawntrapped someone: LSAT hs rate 89% (16/18) Myanmar UV3 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RJYCz5rONOc) and the questioned moment starts the most likely here 1:27 (http://youtu.be/RJYCz5rONOc?t=1m27s) <-- that is that bannable "Myanmar C tower" spawn trapping. I would like to point here once again: UV3 server not OG.
It is worth mentioning that pointed in the reson Oman gameplays also are not from OG servers and are quite old (2013)
(...) the evidence presented by you also shows you spawnkilling/trapping, for example on Myanmar C tower, Oman A flag, Omand D flag.
Since this is also against OG rules and is shown multiple times, it is not to be expected that you will change that playstyle.
I will therefore ban you for spawnkilling/trapping.
This ban has no legal grounds since Server Rules and Conduct extension for the BFP4F division. (http://oldguys.eu/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=7239) applies clearly to Old Guys Servers only.
Art. 3. Spawn camping and base raping are strictly forbidden on all Old Guys Gaming Community servers.
Technically I cannot break an OG server rule not plaing on OG server and therefore none of the following sanctions can be used:
Art. 12. Sanctions that could be used when breaking Old Guys Gaming Community Server rules.
1° Restricted access on our gaming server(s)
2° Denied access on our gaming server(s)
3° Ban
4° Kick
5° Warning
6° Removal of VIP right’s.
7° Removal of admin, moderator rights.
8° Removed as member, recruit or trial of the Old Guys Gaming Community
9° Other not mentioned above.
Also the provided reasoning, especially
it is not to be expected that you will change that playstyle is invalid since I was originally banned after playing a round with UMP+3 during Friday Livestream (old topic (http://oldguys.eu/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=8142)) witch is not a gun I play for headshots and therefore I do not spawnkill/trap with it.
Also closing a topic without an answer given when is expected is rude (especially others topics are not closed, only mine).
Changing a ban from cheating to spawnkilling/trapping is technically a new ban and I should have a new possibility to explain and get an answer.
Anyway, It is hard to believe that the ban was not issued on some third party request (the BL Staff members) epecially looking at ÂÂ*the whole provided resoning. And this casts a shadow over Old Guys credibility and fair judgement.
