1) open battlelog
2) go to the leaderboards
3) click on the skull at the bottom left of the page
4) enter the password: epic dream worlds (with spaces)
5) you have now unlocked the next stage of the phantom program

Requirements:

200 kills with pistols
20 kills in a jet
Get 2X shotgun ribbons in a round
