PTE online again

the pte is online again.
one post in the pte forum says, it is for the last tests before "release" :-)

First impressions:

- one MAJOR glitch at the second m-com stage.
- too many aimbotters on the pte to do a real test.
- again they added more ways out the backflags
- the m-com placement was not changed ( maybe one m-com was moved 2 meters...)

hell i have no idea what they´ve done the last 4 weeks...
