Blade, next time, try to go into procon and paste his EAGUID in your post, now I can only ban on his name so if he changes it, he can join back.

Procon doesn't want to accept that EA guid.
I went to fetch it myself from the attached logfile, but didn't work either.

Will further look into it tonight.

It is because of an extra char at the end of the GUID in procon.. Just delete the blank space and ban button will appear.
It is a bug in procon it should strip whitespace chars in that field.
