All American servers went down a few moments ago, this is the reason why:
Your machine has fallen offline and is also no longer pulling any power. Since we have another machine that is supposed to be installed in Chicago this evening, our suspicion is that a technician may have bumped out its cord. We are currently following up with the facility on this.
