Boosted RPG on Sharqi/Basra server

I've been called a N00b so many times, i just don't care. But i have a question about using boosted RPG on your Sharqi/Basra server: some people keep telling me that RPG in general and especially the boosted one is forbidden on OG#1.
Could somebody make this clear for me, since i couldn't find anything in the server rules about that.

RPG booster is ALLOWED on ALL our servers.
The only thing that is not ALLOWED is mortar strike BOOSTED! ;)
