Yes I've seen that one before, it is quit nice but can also turn out to be pretty expensive.
Haha, but I'd bet fish wouldn't like swimming in oil.
Well, in theory you could submerge your pc in de-mineralised water since it is not conductive but your fish also would need minerals... And oil cools better I guess...
