Ok I dont know how to do a mugshot. If you tell me how to do it tomorrow we should be in business.

A) The short solution:
1. You browse into the installed BFH folder (usually C:\Program Files\EA Games\Battlefield Heroes\mods\bfheroes)
2. You find mugshot.png and upload it anywhere (e.g. http://www.imagehost.org/ lasts a few days for me :) )

B) The advanced solution:
Mugshots are always taken when you press the PLAY button in the game.
1. You start BFH
2. You select My stuff -> Emotes and do an emote
3. You press PLAY during your hero says 'quack-quack' :D
4. A)1. and A)2.

Or if you want to have some new clothes, you select Store, put some cool stuffs on the hero and you press the PLAY button. Or if you want to have an 'unpurchased' emote on your siggy, you browse to Store -> Emotes and then you hit an emote and PLAY. Then you upload the mugshot and tell me the link of the picture.
