As it seems that my Nvidia 8800 GTS (640mb) is a bit too weak for BC2 I searched for a tweaktool to overclock it and gain more graphicpower from it. I found this Afterburner - tool (http://www.computerbase.de/downloads/system/grafikkarten/msi_afterburner/?url=35244) with good reputation.

The site is in german, but the tool itself is in english. It works with Nvidia cards from series 8 and higher. It can save different clocking profiles and activate them by hotkey or automaticly when a 3D application starts. It works fine for me on Win 7 x64 and really seem to improve the onlinegameplay.

Overclock carefully in small steps from 5 to 10. Watch your GPU temperature! It should not go higher than 95° C while playing. If you encounter texture errors in the game the clocks are too high. You will loose any warranty of your card if you use this tool. Have fun with it.

I used to have a prog with was compitable with both NVidea and Ati cards.
You could also use it for youre cpu, but i´m not so shur abiut that.

Will try to find it if its helpfull for you, because its also for XP/Vista and has good tutorials!

Edit: found the tool, Rivatuner@ http://www.guru3d.com/index.php?page=rivatuner
Or, if you dont like it, Atitool@ http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=725
The last one is a lot more complicater but has more features, maybe some free suff for the pc-geeks here :)

Hmkey...I used RivaTuner too in e3arlier times, but it coused trouble with the new nvidiadriver on win7.

This Afterburner also brings an "on screen framecounter" to any game you select. Might be usefull.
